Processing Time
Most items are handmade to order, so processing time varies by product — typically 2–10 business days. The exact processing time for each item is listed on its product page and is confirmed again when we confirm your order.
Estimated Delivery
After processing, international shipping to the United States and Australia typically takes an additional 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs handling.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress to your address.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping fee is calculated and confirmed with you before we send your PayPal Invoice, and will appear as a line item on the invoice.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address when you provide it to us. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can correct it if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect a package already in transit, and any additional cost to reship a returned or lost package due to an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Delays
International shipping times are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, local carrier handling, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly past its estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll help look into it with the carrier.
