Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will review your case and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Wrong Products

If you receive an item different from what you ordered and confirmed with us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item received. We will arrange a correction, which may include sending the correct item or providing a refund.

Return Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition unless the issue is damage or a manufacturing fault.
  • Because many items are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if there’s an issue — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
  • Custom or personalized items (such as embroidered initials) may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once a return or issue is approved, refunds are issued back to the original PayPal payment method used for the PayPal Invoice. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear, depending on PayPal’s own processing times.

Return Shipping

If a return is needed due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. If a return is for another reason and is approved at our discretion, return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
