Ordering

Do you have an online checkout or shopping cart?
We have a “Request a Quote” feature that lets you add multiple products to a list and submit them together. There is no online payment checkout — after you submit a quote request, we confirm details and send you a secure PayPal Invoice to complete payment.

How do I place an order?
Browse the Shop, use “Add to Quote” on the item(s) you want, then submit a Request a Quote. We will confirm the details with you before sending a PayPal Invoice.

Can I order more than one item at a time?
Yes. Add all the items you would like to your quote list before submitting, and we will combine them into a single PayPal Invoice.

Can I request a custom size, color, or personalization?
For select items, minor customization may be possible. Please ask us when you submit your quote request — availability is confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

How long does it take to get a reply after I contact you?
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on business days.

Payment

How do I pay for my order?
Payment is made only through a PayPal Invoice that we send to you after your order details are confirmed. We do not accept payment directly on this website.

Is it safe to pay through a PayPal Invoice?
Yes. PayPal Invoices are generated and processed entirely within PayPal’s own secure system, and are covered by PayPal’s standard buyer protection policies.

Do you accept credit cards directly on the website?
No, we do not process any payments on this website. All payments go through PayPal, which itself accepts major credit and debit cards if you choose to pay that way through PayPal.

Will the price on the website match the price on my invoice?
Yes, product prices shown are reference prices. Your PayPal Invoice will reflect the exact items, quantities, shipping fee, and total you confirmed with us before payment.

What currency are your prices in?
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) for reference. Your PayPal Invoice will also be issued in USD unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Australia.

How long does processing and shipping take?
Processing time varies by item (shown on each product page), typically 2–10 business days since most pieces are made to order. International shipping to the US and Australia typically takes an additional 10–20 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order ships we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we can correct it. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect a package already in transit.

Do you charge extra for shipping?
Shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order, and will be included as a line item on your PayPal Invoice before you pay.

What happens if my package is delayed?
International shipping times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs processing or carrier delays outside our control. Contact us if your order is significantly past the estimated delivery window and we will help you look into it.

Products

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every product is made, sewn, or assembled by hand — most are made to order rather than mass-produced in advance.

Why might my item look slightly different from the photos?
Because our pieces are handmade from natural materials, small variations in texture, color, or pattern are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Are your products available in stores?
No, we currently sell only through this website and direct contact — we do not have a physical retail location.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items are made to order and generally available; others are limited quantity. Contact us to check current availability for a specific product.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damage, and we will work with you on a resolution.
