Payment
PayPal is the only payment method we accept. We do not accept bank transfers, Western Union, cash on delivery, cheques, gift cards, or cryptocurrency. You can pay with a credit or debit card through PayPal without opening a PayPal account.
Nature of This Website
This website is an online shop. You can add products to a cart and complete your purchase here. Payment is processed online by PayPal at the time you place your order. We do not process or store card details ourselves — those are handled entirely by PayPal on their own secure pages.
Product Information
Our products are handmade. Photographs are representative, and small variations in texture, color, pattern and finish are normal and expected. We describe each item as accurately as we can, but a handmade piece will never be an exact duplicate of the photograph.
Pricing
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and already include free shipping to the United States and Australia. Quantity discounts, where they apply, are calculated automatically in your cart. The total shown at checkout is the total charged. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already paid for.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. A contract of sale is formed when your payment is approved and we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment — for example, if an item turns out to be unavailable — we will contact you and refund you in full.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, where there has been an obvious pricing or description error, where we cannot ship to the address given, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
